Error code on odometer

    I have a 99 International 9300 with a Cummins CELECT Plus, an error code has popped up on the odometer, the trip odometer works during a run but as soon as I turn the key off it goes back to 0. Any ideas why? My repair manual is telling me to look at Section TF in the Troubleshooting and repair manual for bulletin no 3666130. I cannot find that anywhere!!
