I'd ,but It's complicated now . Good mortgage and very good rate and family connections etc . My wife used to live in Arizona ,so we might consider it. Ngl I also like to consider the south too ..

    ... Are you out of 29 ? That's 360 add a little 150 to that and call it a day ..
I would be happy with 500 mile a day and May God keep all of you out of NJ and NYC lol

His paychecks are about the same though every 2 weeks though right? And, importantly here, the point I was making he gets up and starts his day and ends it at the same time every single day, right?

Regardless if he gets held up and doesn't make his gate time due to normal trucking stuff that happens he ain't busting his balls for 18-22 hours trying to make up his psycheck for that - because the paycheck is already there and there's no need to make up anything - day always ends at the 14 hour mark come hell or high water.

He starts and ends his days at about the same time every day. His sleep rhythm is in synch and it's not wildly all over the place. It never will be. Our gate times and when we start/end our days never vary much at all. You worked here and know that's the case. And even on a screwed up day or days the paychecks continue to roll in, about the same as if he was running the loads and things weren't screwed up.

How much are you making for delay time at the DC? Backhauls? Breakdown?

I delivered to McCook years ago when I worked for New Century. That place was a s-hole, putting it mildly.
