Ever been towed? My truck & trailer was stolen by a “towing co.”

I was towed in the day time behind my local Publix that said I can there and have been for 2 years. No one is allowed to tow from where I parked bc there is no storage yard to park within a 10 mi radius. Someone next to where I live saw my truck and hates when I get permission to park in my community by a boat dock. They called a private co from another county to take me out the lot. But everyone else stayed.

Yes and they know me so they didn’t call. The co didn’t have a license to tow me from my county. The police keep saying it’s a civil matter but the statute calls for criminal accountability if subsections aren’t met, as in my case.

 

Yes it’s civil if private property but not civil if they don’t have a license to do so along with other criminal violations of the statute which call for a misdemeanor in the 1st degree and a Felony in the 3rd
