I've seen that one. pretty sure he doesn't haul anything with it.

 

You know, the vans are actually a better platform for adding a sleeper than the truck cab and chassis rigs since they have the two captains chairs and walk-through in the middle, very similar to how a full size tractor is. More head room also. Not sure why they haven't thought of tying that with the newer ones.

The biggest issue I see with running an E model ford is accessibility to the engine when something inevitably fails. Them v8 powerstrokes are packed in there pretty tight.

Now that '67 tilting cab econoline is awesome!! If only he stuffed a series 50 detroit, or B series cummins in there..
