Not that I necessarily care one way or the other, but what’s the appeal of this? Just wanting to be different?

@ZVar I'll keep digging because reading #### written by lawyers is bad lol. Here is the one the PA state police (the ones who test and issue state inspection licenses) use to bang you if they don't like any of the lights you added and this may kinda answer your question @JonJon78

That being said PA doesn't really push it's laws on out of state registered vehicles unlike Maryland that can and will tow you with out of state registration for not meeting their vehicle code....found that one out the hard way.

Another picky thing with PA is the fog lamps can not be operational with the high beams on. Granted with aftermarket ones on a switch they can but you can get nailed for it. I inspected a car (Acura) for a guy that had moved from Canada and apparently in Canada the fog lamps work with the high beams. Had to tear out the center console and replace a relay pack to make them function only with the low beams.
