    Still believe in the cardio and 15 to 30 mins a day seems to be the no fail. This way you don't have to diet as much and eat how you like. The chest is always a target for calories st 45, no escaping the droopy teeters.

    I have a Volvo 780 with the workstation in the back. There is a lot of room to do push ups, crunches, planks, etc. with my legs under the rear table and my upper body between the seats. I love it.

    I also drilled holes in the upper cabinets and put a 1.5" bar across for a pull up bar. Surprisingly the cabinets can hold my 200# and haven't cracked or sagged in the last 2 years.

    The only other things I carry are Perfect Push ups my wife got me for Christmas and a 35# kettle bell.

    Here's the biggest thing we all need to do and there's always time to do it at docks when the weather is decent. WALK, WALK, WALK!
