I went through probably a dozen ear phone cushions, but it still works.  I definitely got the company's money's worth out of that thing. I just recently replaced it with a new B350-XT headset just because my company asked if I wanted a new one. My wife says it's much quieter when I talk on it compared to my old one and it is more comfortable. I do not wear it outside of the truck and only wear it when talking on the phone. I don't consider it a fashion trend or a piece of jewelery. Glad none of our trucks have the newer radios, sounds like they are real junk![/QUOTE]
