That may very well be, and likely is, their company policy. Evidently, this driver making the accusation had some meat behind his statements, plus we have no way of knowing if this may not have been the first time management had heard a complaint on this particular guy.

I applaud them for taking action instead of blowing off a driver, yes. If you want to introduce your own Jerry Springer drama about how the accused guy's life is ruined, have at it, but I won't be along for that guilt trip.

*whispers* Always side with me and you'll always have pie.

Even if we wind up being wrong on some issue we've still got the pie.

Having pie is better than being right.:biggrin_25525:

first, i have no clue who any of these people are and could care less.
my point is, no one should lose income because there were falsley accused.

2nd, if found not guilty or the facts can not be proved, why the hell should this person lose income.

3rd, company's do crap like this all the time, let me repeat that, company's do crap like this all the time.

how many drivers have been screwed by a company that post on this board??

very few people will risk their job or spend the money on a lawsuit over a few hundred dollars.

yep, i see the headlines now front page, usa today, company screws employee out of 300.00 dollars. see page 2a,3a, and 4a.
on the side bar, 3 nuke plants melt down, page 16A.

the point behind my statement, was, why should this person lose income if the accusation proves to be false??
