California issued me a False or incomplete log book ticket. 1. ELD. 2.Team operation. 3.co driver was "active" at time of violation, I was inspected later in the day. 4. Says on duty must match loading times printed on bol. 5. We are 100% no touch. 6. Shipper loaded trailer. 7. Active driver was on duty at time of check in and while putting trlr in the dock.
Surely a judge wouldn't convict me for this but i live in AR. So court will be inconvenient! Any thoughts...
False log ticket on ELD?

So if you are on line 1 or 2, you got a log book violation on yourself for your On duty times not matching drop/hook? How can you get a ticket if you are not on line 3/4?

Just curious, which scale house ticketed you? Or was it a roadside inspection?

I'd contact the DA. If what you are saying is correct and you have supporting documents, chances are the DA will dismiss it before it ever goes to the judge.
Peeksjon Thanks this. -
The time listed on B O L was the time shipper loaded your trailer not the time you showed pti the trailer when you started pulling it, its a $$$ grab that those cops have learned is easy money for them.
Dave_in_AZ and Peeksjon Thank this. -
