Family Owned Company Looking for a Driver

Possible canidates will have 1 year of the OTR experience (I will train the right individual), have a clean MVR, be located in Michigan, be in decent physical condition (step deck equipement, no tarping), be able to follow directions, take pride in there work, run legal and take care of my customers.

Job description:

Currently we run a Single axle tractors and 53' low pro step decks.
Running within a 1000 miles radius of Michigan (very seldom do we go out west, never in the winter).
Loading & unloading equipment, mini buses, trucks, automobiles (this includes filling out damage inspections)
General out time is around 2 weeks. Leave on a Mon. or Tues. and be back in the following Thurs., Friday (10 to 12 days) then 4 days off.
Keeping orderly paperwork & a clean truck.

Job Pay:

Less experienced drivers start at 18% of the gross (roughly $800 a week less taxes).
Veterans can make up to 25% of the gross (roughly $1400 a week less taxes).
Full disclosure on all money paid to the truck. Paid weekly.
$10 a week cell phone allowance, $50 bonus for all good road side inspections. Semi-Annual bonuses for good work ethic, no damage to freight.
Home all holidays no exceptions.
