The parents don't need permission, except to switch to another public school. They can yank their child out anytime to enroll in private or online school. I did that and I live in Clark County. I take full responsibility for the health and welfare of my own children and couldn't care less what the teachers union or any other bureaucracy has to say about it.

Just on the news: A parent went to the school where the Indiana boy was bullied and killed himself. The parent tried to report a bully that was bothering his child and the school called the police and had the parent escorted off school property. The school refused to take the bully report.

Well I'm wading in on this.
When I was a child I was bullied because of hearing aids. When that happened I kicked a.z.z or had mine kicked. My parents told me to defend myself and they in turn would defend me from the school or other parents. And they did. Frankly I feel that it's a lack of GOOD parenting and gross interference with parental rights by the schools and the government. The sad thing is WE the people keep allowing these STUPID assinie laws to be passed because we don't have the guts to step up and take care of our families. We don't teach out children to defend themselves and we allow them to deal with these issues ALONE.
We don't stand up for ourselves as a people and keep putting the same crooked thieves in office who ALLOW even advocate these ridiculous laws. We let people who have NO business in our family life make the rules and we blindly follow them all the while complaining. I hate that the children feel so unloved and protected that they think they have no other choice but to kill themselves. I blame the parents for allowing OTHERS to control how they manage their families. -
It doesn’t matter where they come from. The fact is the behavior is reprehensible to say the least. The only thing that class of sub-human understands is fear and force. The PC propaganda handed out by the school doesn’t cut it and never will.Studebaker Hawk, Chinatown, mjd4277 and 1 other person Thank this.

In this case, this child decided to take this internally and committed suicide.
Many of the school mass shootings have this as an underlying theme.
The shooter was bullied and decided to even the score.
The bully doesn't always get the bullet, but many innocent children and adults do. -
Apparently schools are the problem, so we need to ban schools. Parents need to teach their own children.

They met with parents 20 times but have no record of him being bullied?
This tells a lot about how these schools are run these days.
I would love to see the notes the school took and the reason listed for each of those 20 Visits!
Its a sad time for this country and people better wake up and start fighting like hell real quick if they want to save it!Chinatown Thanks this.
