Fatal accident at love’s in wichita ks

That loves is a nightmare. So many drivers who blow through that parking lot doing 25-30 MPH and many who are on phones, they drive around behind parking trucks and more. I refuse to stop at that one its become such an unhinged battle rigs royalle.

Well, the driver won't have to worry about finding a parking spot for 15 to Life.

 

"During the altercation, the suspect began backing into a parking stall with his semitractor-trailer striking Mohammed."
So it was an accident. The flip flopper was probably not moving to prevent the other truck from parking. Kind of like saying a pedestrian has the right of way but can still be dead wrong. They don't say if there were witnesses or any video of the incident.

 

Perhaps it's a case of the dude saying "this is my spot", and the other dude saying ,"Not any more".
