    The best part about new is that you can maintain the emission system and service/replace items at the specified interval. With a used truck it’s a crap shoot as to if anything has been done to it.

    Kind of weird, I've owned a lot of Chrysler products, and through the years, I replaced one ballast.

    The biggest issue was with my late 70s Chrysler, a dog piss on the tire, it would not start. I could crank it all day long, and nothing. I bought Electradry by the case and used a lot of it on the caps and coils.

    You got SPN 3364 FMI 10 poppin’ up on the Cummins? That’s your truck waving the white flag about bad DEF.
    Basically, it thinks the Diesel Exhaust Fluid is junk, so it’s messing with how much urea it’s spraying to keep the emissions happy.
