FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

At 11pm I was told 4am, just called, now they're saying 8am! WtF!?

 

Cdavis188 turn some miles for me, I'll live vicariously through you my boy! I remember back in the day when I used to drive a truck for a living.....

Safety won't let me get dispatched. The Nurse Practitioner they set up the physical with wrote the date of the exam as the expiration date on the medical card (it's right on the physical). I sent them a copy of my old medical card which is good to April 2024 but they want the new one fixed before they will run me. Have called the place and she's not in today but they are going to get her authorization and get it fixed "as soon as possible." So I'm sitting in a truck in Fremont in limbo.

 

So I call back just before 8, idiot guard tells me "2-3" more hours! I'm about to say F it I'm done and head to Albuquerque and wait for pallets, 10 minutes later my dm tells me they just sent a message it's ready! wtf?!

 

Shift change...he was leaving and was just saying something so he could go home...and stick it to the next shift

 

So I head down here and check in.... again..... same guard that told me it wasn't ready 15 minutes ago says "there still working on it be 2-3 more hours ".... umm... NO! I just spoke to shipping and they say it's ready, so she calls shipping. Gets off the phone and says "I guess their still making it but it's ready" I'm like WTF does that mean?!!.. "well, I'm not sure it's confusing today, I'll just go ahead and check you in, I'll call you when we get a door, there are 6 trucks in front of you." I couldn't make this S up!! Needless to say, they are now on my ## not going there list!!...... and the wait continues.... at least I can park on their property now

 

Hell Chris, I bet you are shutting down for a 10 by the time these idiots get me outta here!...

 

Got a call 45 minutes ago from the place that did the physical that they faxed the corrected form over, headed into safety they said they’re still waiting for it. Apparently the faxes go to some online thing which adds a lag to the whole process.

 

If I don't get rolling soon my tires may start rotting like bzinger's!...... ###### that'll be more money, I can't win, ugh!!

 

I've been running the tires off that john deere mowing with all the rain we've had here , I've mowed 3 times in the week I've been home and can mow again.
