FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Oh I went up there one time recently they really like that trailer clean. Anyway I got that new guy to orientation only got 3 hours sleep. Iowa 80 took longer yesterday than they said for a Chromebox install told me which made me get that done a little later than I wanted to be done 1 hour turned to 3 hours. Getting overhead done and clutch adjusted. Coolant line for def was leaking as well. Other than that everything else seems going good.

 

I saw something cool when I was heading out of Dallas earlier today. I believe it’s a Plymouth Barracuda. Very cool car

 

I tried to get his attention but he was in his own little world.

 

I lied.

On my way up here I realized that I had actually been here once before in a Red Truck. I took the same darn curvy narrow two lane road to get here too.

Funny thing, leaving BD there is a sign saying that no trucks allowed to turn right out of their facility. Which was the narrow two lane road I came in on… LOL

and yes, they do want them trailers clean, swept, and dusted before dropping them off.

 

I may or may not have accidentally left a trailer door open a few weeks ago after I cleaned it out. Thankfully another driver flagged me down before I got too far down I-80. It happens to the best of us

 

Drove a short distance tonight got tired stopped in Percival ia truck seems to have gotten more power performance than before the overhead and new air filter. New heated seat is so good. Gotten cold out here.

 

My newer Lincoln has heated seats and they’re a godsend in cold weather. If it had a heated steering wheel too, then it would be perfect.

When I take a company car in Fremont during winter, I usually try to get the Impala because it has a heated steering wheel. I can’t remember if the vans have one or not.

 

Omaha could get 1 to 3 inches of snow tonight , higher amounts west and north.
