All they promised was it’s “like a rock”, they didn’t say it was a big rock.

 

Well after 3 hours at Paperworks in Wabash, Indiana, the truck is finally rocking. Hopefully will be loaded soon. Load is going to Holdredge but I’ve been told I’m likely to wind up dropping it in CB. Trailer is a month overdue for service and the truck just came due so that might be fortuitous.

 

If that place suddenly fell off the face of the earth, I dunno how many people would miss it.

 

You were driving a regular cab of course it doesn't have as much room

 

Last time I was there it only took him 15 minutes to load me once he started. Of course I was there from 7:50 until 12:15 when he started to load me. Lol. But I was leaving at 12:30.

whoever had 1919 before me didn’t take very good care of it, and it only has like 35k miles. Had to get the shop to fix the steering wheel and radio. One of the overhead compartments won’t latch and it seems like someone spilled something over the plastic for the main gauges. They also hardly ever used the APU. Only 126 hours of run time when i got in it. My truck has never had any of these issues

 

Got my preplan sent to me today.

Corona CA to Ennis TX. I’ve never traveled this stretch of the country (I-10 San Bernardino thru to I-20 Abilene) What’s your favorite places to stop for 10s? Monday I should be able to make it past Phoenix to Eloy
