I remember something somewhere that said a section of state highway 15 in or around Crete had a new lower posted weight limit on a particular bridge, and that the law was enforcing it. I tried googling it but found nothing. Has anyone heard anything about this?

 

If you take 15/4/81 nothing to worry about

 

I think it was close to Fairbury if I remember right, but I go hwy 15 all the time outta Crete, if you take 4 over to 81 your good

 

Agreed! I usually try to plan my ETA when their closed, so I can drop in CB lol

It honestly wasn't too bad. I was there a total of 2 hours. Definitely have been to much worse places.

Well I must say I'm dam impressed I don't have to go thru Atlanta to get there !

 

Theu will take you FCFS regardless of your appointment time. I always tried to be there when they opened. You can overnight in the dirt lot beside the shelving outfit across the street.
