I have concerns that the mileage in the lease won't cover a hard running team - but we have a back up plan in place to replace the truck halfway through the year if we need to. As far as I know your truck must be no more than 2 years old at the time of lease. So, this isn't for everyone.</p><p><br /></p><p>Our job is to go over there, figure out if the company is profitable, and if so, come up with best practices and a training program for our company drivers to follow. If everything works out, hubby and I will split up and begin training drivers in April.</p><p><br /></p><p>In the meantime we are busy wrapping things up here and I will be taking a weekend to go see my father.
