The right to due process and free speech protects a citizen against the *government* taking property or infringing upon free speech.

Neither applies to a private person taking another private person's property or preventing another private person from speaking freely.

While the FedEx guy may have committed a crime by taking the dirtbag pajama boys' flag, the constitutional rights you cited are inapplicable to this situation.

 

I would love to burn a Mexican flag, an Iranian flag, an AlQueda flag, a Hammas flag, a Saudi flag, an ISIS flag, etc.

I just don't feel like spending my personal cash on buying those rags in the first place.

At least I take some comfort that some business is out their profiting off of dumb liberals constantly buying flags to burn. Probably sell them the lighter fluid too.

You know how some places have discounts on packaged sales? Maybe they sneak a surcharge into every purchase of an American flag, lighter fluid and a bic.
