There was an interesting article in the March 6th issue of LandLine magazine which suggests that there is more going on than a CDL fraud scheme. Agencies like Secret Service, U. S. Marshall Serv. etc are not involved in fraud investigations. These are usually handled locally. However since it is reported that Tenn. DOT had an office there to conduct written tests, they (Tn) undoubtedly called for federal assistance to avoid any question of impropriety. I have read Swift's statement which was obviously written by their attorneies, and would argue that they are involved. Assuming that it is a mere CDL fraud, who hired the drivers??? Only time will tell, and I have a lot of time for listening.
