Feeble minded dispatcher problem

New dispatcher is a control freak and feeble minded
... I like the company but I don't think I can stand working with this guy
. Anyone have any good advice on how to react to this
.... I already have a thick skin but if I know myself well enough, it's just a matter of time before I run out of being polite and that only means things will get ugly

.. . How about feeble minded or sicko dispatcher that likes to shove frt up your ars and play dispatcher games with you every day

 

Doing a good job for a bad dispatcher is kinda like feeding the Bears.....
The more frt you move, the more frt you will be expected to move
And if you stop
They will tear your face off
