Fh12 exhaust brake disengaging when pressing brake pedel

    Hi I have a fh12 2004 model the exhaust brake is disengaging when you press the brake pedal, once you release the brake it will engage again. My truck has the exhaust brake switch on the dash (2 position). The problem happens in both positions. Exhaust brake works fine otherwise, no codes on dash diagnostics. Any ideas? Thanks

    Just start happening? For whatever reason the only thing that can make sense in this issue is that for whatever reason, your exhaust brake circuit is tied in to your brake pedal circuit. That sounds like a real pain in the ### to chase that down.
