I didn't expect so many replies, I do have a digital camera a nice 5d mk iv but I love a nice film photo. I usually develop them myself but I have no time. There's still places that process them like wallmart but the good ones are niche. I guess IL develop one and report back. Hopefully it's not completely destroyed. Before I got into trucking I tried to become a photographer![]()

That is some talented work.
Just a rookie and Speed_Drums Thank this. -
I even included a pic of my favorite camera but unfortunately it broke and I don't have the means to repair it

My Polaroids seem fine, my instax will likely be unaffected. So I'm guessing my film might be okay! IL post back in a couple weeks when I get home and can drop them off.

They had the better sound.
Just as Betamax had the higher quality over VHS, but it was more costly (thanks to Sony).
In the end VHS and cassettes won the day because of size and cost.
Not enough people actually care about quality, it seems.Dale thompson and AModelCat Thank this. -
As to snapshots v photographs? Back in 2008 I was at the Oconee Nuclear Power plant in South Carolina and took a series of snapshots of the containment buildings and uploaded them to flickr back when it was free. An author in the process of writing a book about nuclear plants and had seen my photos. Contacted me about using two of them. I granted him copyright, but he later said he found photos from another source. Snapshots done right can be as good as a planned photograph!Moosetek13 Thanks this. -
