    Well, thats that for him. The entire situation is not worth it. Hes lucky did not take out the driver and watch the dutchman take out 30 more people.

    he may be going to jail but for how long, at the age he is now, at 70.??

    i say the judge only gives him 2 to 5 years, when it's all said and done.

    Attempted murder first degree is usually life. Some states life means life others 10 years.

    Second degree is about 5 years.

    There will be other charges brought on this fella. So they will rack it. hes old enough that it will probably mean life in any case.
