Here is the response i got from Manhiem as far as precautions being taken on auction vehicles. I imagine many auctions policy is you get what you pay for "if your lucky" lol
As we become aware of cars that may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, the guidance we are following is to not touch the car for 24 hours. After the 24 hour window has passed, we are cleaning it with an EPA approved disinfectant, wiping down all hard/solid surfaces while wearing proper personal protective equipment for the chemicals used, and at a minimum gloves. Upon completion, the gloves should be properly disposed, and hands washed/hand sanitizer used.
Ideally, the vehicle can be secured without accessing the interior; however, If the vehicle is unable to be secured, or if it must be moved prior to the 24 hour waiting period, then we follow the same cleaning process and protective equipment stated above for both internal and external. -
A friend of mine had his mortgage and his truck payment pushed back 3 months. He just had to show them his bank statements for the past few months to i guess prove he isn't going bankrupt or doing bad

That’s good to know. At least they’re open to helping.
