After a piece of mail from the CPA, I went down the rabbit hole. The link listed in the CPA's letter was a dud, but I found the .gov site, and proceeded to drive myself insane , but - I'm sure it's for good reason . . . (??)
An hour later, I no longer fear the black choppers descending from the skies.
Is it just me, or is that the least user friendly unwanted procedure you have had to fill out to prove you're legitimately paying taxes you never wanted to in the first place?
I see it was contested, but, I went with the CPA's advice and filled it out.
He has a service - $200 - $400 for saving you from sticking sharpened pencils in your orifices. After the last hour, I could see how the average bloke might just write that check.
But - paperwork always thrives, - this period in the industry dictates that I figure it out myself.
