Is it possible to get a trucking job with an accident on my record? The accident was in 2022. I was at fault no was died or was injured except me. I wasn’t fired and no alcohol or drugs were involved. I checked my DAC report and the accident isn’t onthere.

    Any details on said accident?
Did you just scratch another vehicle or is this an accident on you-boob with 3 million views?

The question is when in 2022 did it happen? Also, was a tow truck involved? Usually accidents show on your MVR for 3 years. If nobody had to get towed, then you've got a good chance.

If having 1 accident on your record prevented someone from getting hired at another company, then many drivers from the notorious training companies (Swift, CRE, Western Express) would be unemployed. 1 wreck, 3ish years ago and no others since, you won't have a problem finding a job.

honestly speaking I violated rule #1 “never drive when you’re fatigued”. I completely miss judged how much stopping room I had for the vehicle in front of me making a left turn….i tried to avoid running into the back of them and went into the opposite lane and they turned in front of me. I hit their front bumper and lost control. My truck was laid down so it had to be towed but the vehicle I hit was driven away. I couldn’t take the shoulder bcus there was no shoulder, just soft sand in the oil fields in Midland Tx.

Have you been denied employment with other trucking companies?
Which town/city are you in and which state?

    OMG you had an accident??

That is so rare, you may never get a new car.

Seriously, it isn't a problem unless it is not just ONE accident. Just document it if there are any questions about it when you do an interview. HINT - it makes you look good if you can remember details.
