If its a goverment job they should send you to the EAP employee assistance program. Then you should be able to sign a last chance agreement and continue work just getting tested more often for the next five years what did your union rep say about that?

if you tested negative dilute, IT IS NOT A POSITIVE, SHEESH IF YOU DRINK TO MUCH WATER U CAN SHOW A NEGATIVE DILUTE!!!!!!!!

They didn't do that , did they ?
Somebody needs to investigate their drug testing procedures . Mny past tests could probably be ruled invalid .
Sounds like the kind of thing a local tv investigative team should look into .

 

A lot of companies will count it as failed or refused anyway. They think that you must have drunk a lot of water to hide the fact that you're using drugs. Thanks feds.

 

I used to be in the USN, and man.. When it was time to take a UA, and you didn't have to pee- You'd get told to drink fluids until your teeth were floating if that's what it took. Never once heard the term "Negative Dilute".

 

Negative dilute results are common when marijuana users take flushes or masking agents for a urine screening.

 

I took a ramdom last Nov. in Wy.

Then I was informed it was diluted and needed to retest.

Ok.
I did and it came back clean..
That was the first time I've ever heard of a diluted test.

Company I work for is strick about no drugs and is also hell on drinking on the job or haveing booze in trk.

I would demand a retest and also reinstament of job.
