If you do win it's going to be back pay all the way form day one of claim and a number of other goodies. Also you will force that company to be on record for the offense committed against you. There are people who are all over that kind of stuff. It is not the end of the world. Companies will pick, choose the best of the litter until they have a crew with which they think they will coveted crew they put in the not so clean trucks. (See?
