Some of us remember rivers of very rapid air flow trying to flip our 18 wheelers on the Grapevine and other places this time of the year.

California just issued a first formal warning of Santa Anna Activity serious enough to demand attention from you Truckers. Gusts upwards of 85 or more are possible tonight into Tomorrow afternoon on the Grapevine and many other mountain locations in California.
