    Absolutely ridiculous. It's sad we don't live in a society that would accept the shopkeeper popping out his 12-gauge, and even more sad that things like this happen in the first place. There's just no reason for it.

    Unfortunately, I only see this getting worse in time. As a high school teacher, I am all too familiar with how a disturbingly large portion of the youth think.
