with the summer's being so hot anymore I am getting to think may be take three months off in the summer and work in the winter. I'd rather be sitting in the air-conditioned tavern. And filling sorry For the guys out there tarping and changing in the hundred degree weather.

It does suck to chain in this heat... Changing however, I do that in the truck with the A/C on, so not bad at all.

You are far away (as in a better class) from the run of the mill companies in my book. You would be a good choice for a premium driver. There are some guys out here that I really shake my head at. They have some crazy ideas about hometime and sometimes their work ethic isnt real good either.

Thanks MMM. You are correct that many drivers have unrealistic expectations for the hometime/income ratio. The guys that will make $65K for us leave every Sunday morning all year long and get back on Friday. We can use drivers that want to be home every day, but they will be in the $40K range.

I hope to continue to distinguish our company as the place to be for premier drivers and contractors.

    SHC Thanks this.
