I am having trouble finding flatbed companies that don’t run northeast.
Everyone is saying not to do a lease purchase but I can’t find a company that seems like it is exactly what I’m looking for.

I’m looking for flatbed, or bulk companies that don’t go to the northeast. I live in the Missouri area but am willing to relocate. Looking for company names and any information you have about them. Any help is appreciated.

NE isn't as bad as people claim. Lots of good freight to go there

It just isn’t for me. I can’t stand it, hence why I want a company that doesn’t go up there. So any help is appreciated

HS Express. Got a yard located in Granite City, IL, run conestoga trailers, haul predominantly steel.

Pretty sure we don't believe New England actually exists

I’ll have 14months when I leave this company. I want to be in a position where I don’t have to worry about bills or anything finance related for atleast 6months.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

People say that but until I got this fleet manager I had ran nothing but out west. They gave “my” route to an older driver because it’s nice out west.
I would run from Ohio or PA all the way to WA. Or from Nebraska down to Texas. I was basically doing dedicated runs. I LOVED it.
I was hauling side by sides or kenworth parts.

I would rather drive over cabbage patch on 90 or snoqualami on 80 during bad winter weather then have to run out east.

    Lepton1 and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

Why is that exactly? As a dry van guy I only recently started seeing the NE
Even if I had my own truck I doubt I’d be running any farther east then PA. It might be different flatbed tho.

As a dry van guy I’m stuck going through the heart of major cities dropping stuff off at these strip malls that someone with a brain the size of a squirrel and a severe case of add designed

    Lepton1 Thanks this.
