    Hi,
Just started hauling lumber on an flatbed, tho most of the time im using a PITA conestoga i do use a regular open deck.I was wondering do the make a netting so to speak to secure on the end of the load to keep the lumber from walking out?

Also carry 7up or similar clear soda and dump it on the back units. Once it dries everything will be stuck together.

If your hauling lumber lengths 8 ft. and longer just put 4 X 4 under the front / rear of the lumber on the ends of trailer. If your hauling 2 X 2 X 2's surveying markers tarp the load less problems on the receiving side.

I would just tarp it. No reason to use all these answers that work great and are much easier. Easier than net, easier than tarps, it's literally a 4×4 under front and back.

    Yeah, definitely tarp
