    Why is it so difficult
    If you come in and park like a dick because it's late and you need to sleep....wake up at 4 am when it starts moving and put it in a proper space

    How do people actually sleep well when parked in an illegitimate spot? I sure can't.

    One thing I know about NJ rest areas is don't bother after 6PM. This was at 9:30pm

    Same with the “Flying hook” in Texarkana,AR. Last time I was there local P.D. was making the rounds around the lot making sure trucks were in legit spots,not blocking exits or thruways. And they had their Tasers at the ready,just in case.
