Food service Buffalo NY, any information on them?

That's a 14 hour day every Monday.

 

Well, if you start/stop at the same location for the last 5 days, you can always use the 16 hour day once a week....

 

Company policy says no even though its legal we stop the truck and wait for a shuttle guy rescue us.

 

16-18 stops and 700-800 cases is my normal Monday with the new bid, but most of the stops are within 2 miles of each other so it only takes 9.5 hours.

We use it all the time in my region. The ELD even pops up with a prompt at 30 min left to ask if you want to declare a 16-hour "big day."

 

My bid route today went out with 1028 cases. They put 2 guys on it. However I bet if it was me they would have let me fly solo.

 

Well thanks for that I’m glad you feel that way. The two gentlemen running “my” route were fairly confident in there abilities.
What I love is how the guys who get doubled up all run around going that routes easy, well every route is a lot easier when there’s another set of hands there. It makes a huge difference.
Of course it’s a huge crash to reality when they single those people.
