I’ve been interviewed by all 3 and extended a job by McLane and possibly the other 2 by next week. My thoughts:
McLane: they have a $3,000 gross minimum guarantee as long as you accept every load they give you. Bi weekly pay.
US foods: Hourly pay, starting at $32 an hour. Bi weekly.
GFS: Minimum guarantee pay of $1250 a week gross pay, weekly pay.
If anyone has any experience with these companies let me know! Thanks.

I've seen McLane with 2 drivers, which would help with deliveries and resting etc. Are all 3 home daily ? Could be an overnighter with hotel paid.

If I was you I would see if one is offering a set run to start.me I would much rather have a set run then working on a extra board.

US Foods are almost exclusively Union, they are supposed to be up for contract renewal I think next year, if it follows like the past, they will probably strike first

How did you ever hear from mclane? I can apply at 3 different locations within 20 mins and have 3 “were pursuing other candidates” email back within 12 hours. It’s really getting old lol.
I’m curious to see who you go with and why. Maybe influence my decision on my next step. Good luck! -
Mclane is almost all night shifts and chain restaurants, us foods is day shifts but early morning and they just got a big union raise. I would go us foods since they’re hourly McClane is piece work which always screws the driver
