Foods That are Surprisingly Dangerous for Your Kidneys

Holy Kidneys, I should be dead already; I eat almost everything on that list!

 

Not dangerous for your kidneys. Possibly dangerous for folks with existing kidney issues though.

Bad info like this is another reason people make bad food choices

What about foods that are strenous on the Intestines ? I ate too much trail mix the other day, and if Butt-trumpet was a real instrument, i would of be a Marching Band the next morning....

Anything overdone is going to be bad for you no matter what it is or how healthy it may be. Moderation in all things is the way to go.

 

Having 2 kidneys is bad for you so just eat whatever you like
