    Not dangerous for your kidneys. Possibly dangerous for folks with existing kidney issues though.

    Bad info like this is another reason people make bad food choices

    What about foods that are strenous on the Intestines ? I ate too much trail mix the other day, and if Butt-trumpet was a real instrument, i would of be a Marching Band the next morning....;)
