Chicago companies require nice fleece jackets, sweat pants with pockets(the nice ones) and flip flops.

 

Thats pretty much my take on it.

Too many people dont know how to get into this business with out sucking it up and driving and being treated the same as a company driver. If your livelihood depends on someone else,.. you are as stated above.

You are not learning what you need in order to go independent. They control everything. I would not go this route. Their truck, their loads, their rules. Suck it up or find another way.

Also,.. I assure you,.. $170,000 - $200,000 will not be your NET. Thats gross,.. after all expenses. I'm guessing by the time they deduct everything you will barely break even. Thats how most of these companies work.
