Chief Financial Officer Jamie Pierson joined in Mayand Chief Accounting Officer James Faught joined in July. Both worked at Yellow together. Pierson is known for his experience in restructuring and strategic planning.

I’d take the severance in cash then sit back and watch the “new” company go down in flames.

 

Indeed......get up every morning (when you feel like it), get a cup of coffee and spark one up and sit back and laugh......after all, it wasn't you in charge when this POS dumpster fire went down in flames.....LOL.
It was the crack team from the Yellow dumpster fire that cobbled the whole thing together. Revenge is best served cold.
As far as I know, the guy is a complete moron, but he got the Golden Ticket. Well done.
