my obd 2 plug has no power. camera tracking eld not working. fuse is replaced. any idea what i can do. 2016 freightliner columbia 12.7

I changed 10 diagn opt. still same. does anyone know what lh rh rcpt is?

“Left Hand and Right Hand receptacle “ ?

As in - 12v cigarette lighter plug ins?

I replaced those too. I think yes it's 12v in sleeper
