From the owner of the company to the shop janitor everyone uses the words &quot;sir, and thank you&quot;. Crazy huh?&nbsp; FM appreciates and respects it&#039;s drivers. The owner is an,old school driver himself and it shows in the way he runs his company. FM will not babysit you or hold your hand. All they ask is deliver your loads on time. The equipment is the best I&#039;ve ever seen. They&#039;re in the process of trading off all 2012 trucks. Very few WKKWs in the fleet, majority are Pete&#039;s. My load getting me thru the house wasn&#039;t ready until Fri eve so I got to hangout at the terminal and talk to different drivers. I swear to you on everything I love I didn&#039;t hear one negative driver complain about FM. I&#039;m still shocked. Everyone pretty much said they will run you until you say mercy. Everyone I talked to were avg 3000 or better per week. And yes with E logs.
