Oh and the lease is not forced dispatch and you are not penalized for refusing a load. There is so much crap and misinformation here it's ridiculous. I refused loads on my lease here before and always had a backup in less than fifteen minutes.usually instantly. The I/o and o/o share the same dispatchers and they know you are watching your bottom line. These folks are not stupid.

Paperwork must be scanned/submitted by 4pm central standard time on Tuesday. Stating that it was turned in before Friday doesn't necessarily mean that you made the cut off point.
Not to mention, bad scans, cut off pages. Just saying..there's more to the story. -
Don Freymiller has an office upstairs in the main building. Unless he is out on the road or on vacation, he always has his door open for drivers

Ok..... apparently there are some disgruntled people here.....
I drive with Freymiller currently and am also an LP....from my experience, here's what's up:
LP Teams and Company Teams have one dispatcher. He is the only dispatcher allowed to pick his own loads from the planners so that his trucks keep rolling. Since becoming an LP, we have ALWAYS made a paycheck. Stay away from cash advances, watch your fuel consumption, keep track of miles, etc. There are lots of things we can do to be successful. Make sure you keep your equipment up and clean and you will get better life out of it.
As far as Freymiller not caring about you or your family is absolutely not true!! We have no problems getting home time when and where we want it. (We have family all over the US). We had to make an emergency trip home for a court hearing and they got us there the day before. Every time we see Don Freymiller, he is ALWAYS asking how we are doing and asks us if there is anything going on. He was given suggestions about the driver's complaint about the restroom and drivers lounge...now they are making additions and renovations.
Sounds to me like the driver on this post is the type that didn't want to run and in this industry, you have to keep the wheels turning to make money.
I wish I had come to Freymiller years ago instead of "playing" with companies like CRST and Covenant, to name a couple.jeff18, PhilKenSebben and UsualSuspect Thank this. -
