From Chicago looking to get into OTR trucking asap

    Why all the hate for driver facing camera? They only view the tape if some thing happens like an accident and they shut off after the truck shuts off. I mean i ain't judging you for not wanting them just don't see the big deal unless you plan on driving naked or something lol.

    It’s the principle that somebody *might* be watching anyway, even if it’s only an incident cam. The idea that somebody is looking over your shoulder all the time which truckers probably despise infinitely more than the average office worker. Like you can’t pick your nose in peace for six-hundred miles. ;)

    They can’t watch you in real time. It constantly deletes over itself every couple minutes to just save the last few minutes in case of accident.
