Need some advice on routing/timing. Have a load from the yard to Trumbull CT delivering by noon Monday and 8 pm in East Lyme CT. I'm pretty much going to be on I95 North, I think. Any advice on timing and where to stop for my breaks? I have not ever been up that way. Thanks in advance!

once you get north of new york there are very few TS just a few rest areas in conn and secondi brothers at exit 40
but you need to get up there and take a 10 break before trumball or you will be over your 14 before you get to second stop i am thinking

That's what I was thinking. I am picking up a load out of Canon in Newport News and dropping it on the yard and then picking up that load. I figured there weren't too many places up there. I think I am going to see if I can take my break at the consignee. Might just have to drive at night, take my break at first stop and then go on to 2nd with a fresh 14.

well you will make better time running 95 at night anyway
there are always trucks parked on the street at every industrial park in new england
everyone finds a few hidey holes if they go up there enough

rest areas have plenty of people pounding on your doors lookin for a handout
just lock yourself in your not down south
