Could be coming from anywhere above. Could be the structure/block area, or a sensor, or valve cover, even the oil pan at the back. Wash it good, and watch it. It’s probably the rear main, best to make sure. Usually if you take the 4 bolts inspection plate off, you’ll find it oily. You can clean out any extra grease out of there. Then check it later for oil. If the rear structures leaking, the time to fix it is when doing the Clutch and rear main seal. The rear structure, ( engine side bell housing ) seals the whole rear of the block. When it’s off, the blocks open. Best to change the oil pan gasket and motor mounts, since they come off anyways.
