Frustrated and need help please

Ok, I'm just going to put this out there and see if anyone can help me. My husband got his CDL A in WI in Sept. of last year. He has been unable to get a decent otr job because of 2 main factors. First, he had a DUI in 2000. Second, he was convicted of 4th degree sexual assault in 2002. I am not going to go into the major details. Let's just say NASTY divorce.

What I am in need of is some assistance in finding him a job. He does have 6 months experience driving through WI, IL, and IA.

All our children are grown and out of the house. That makes home time NOT an issue. We have no problem relocating and I would like to get my CDL A as well, but I want to team drive with him. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
