Small company 2 trucks and 2 trailes, guy broke his truck twice and decided to force me to team with him, in less than 3 days he broke that truck too and lo and behold my pay was being used to fix the truck and trailer which he broke when the tandems froze and he backed into it forcefully several times, spent last 3 weeks essentially doing charity work no pay at all. Found out later he had only recently got his CDL despite owning the trucks for some time.
