Newer brakes & drums
Good condition tires all around
Used for food grade loads regularly

Only issue noted is a broken piece where one of the swing doors latches. I'm not sure exactly which piece he is talking about but you can ask him for clarification or a close up pic if interested. He advised floor is dirty/dusty in the picture from a broken pallet on his most recent load but it cleans up, pics taken on short notice.

If I'm not mistaken he purchased earlier in the year for $17k and put some money into it. He is looking for $15k obo.
