    Im a pissed family member refuse pay deduct for imaginerary damages talk is all about lawful but really crooked place broken and dangerous trucks trucks catch fire one sided favors and withholding wages dirty company and i know multiple truckers that went thru this

    What does that make the bad driver who cannot do a adequate pre-trip and take a broken truck onto a public road outside of the company property when the shop is right there for fixing with Federally Required paperwork to fill out, sign and fix then counter sign by mechanic?

    If driver allows unsafe trucks to be driven, they are every bit a problem too.

    Now I don't care for a bad company. But in today's industry focused on safety you must have a truck that is safe with everything in place and working order. If you have a company that refuses to spend the parts, money and labor to fix same then you should not be around this company at all. (If it is really outrageous, inform the DOT to show up for inspection with possibility of closure or large settlements.)
